The SDNY Filing Intake System provides a secure method for transmitting documents to the Court electronically for review and processing by the Clerk’s Office. Registered users may submit documents and related case information through this portal when direct filing through the Court’s standard electronic filing systems is unavailable or not appropriate. Submissions may include filings from pro se litigants or other authorized parties. All documents received through this system are reviewed by the Clerk’s Office prior to any action being taken. Transmission of a document through this portal does not constitute official filing with the Court until the submission has been reviewed, accepted, and docketed in the Court’s official case management system.
